Dust Free® launches industry first MERV rated reusable pleated filter – EnviroGreen™ 8

Royse City, TX, August 2009: Dust Free®, LP has officially launched the EnviroGreen™ 8 Pleat, the HVAC industry’s first reusable and 100% recyclable MERV rated pleated filter. The unique design of the EnviroGreen™ 8 Pleat allows the home owner to reduce the allergen level in their home with the MERV 8 rated V-Clean filtration core, reuse the V-Clean core with a no tools required cleaning process, and when the homeowner decides to replace the core it can be placed in the recycle bin.

Performance rated at MERV 8 with a .17” w.g., the Envirogreen™ 8 Pleat does not take up space in local landfills like traditional pleated filters, the anti-microbial V-Clean core carries a 5 year warranty and can be removed without any tools and simply flushed out with water. The holding frame and retaining grid both carry lifetime warranties and are themselves 100% recyclable as well.
